| A decade ago, we were a bunch of preteens believing
that what we knew would be a valuable thing. What a decade has
proven is that we didn't know anything at all, and much of the
content we wrote way back in the day was almost laughable. |
|   |
| We were cocky, confident, sure that web surfers
would trust us to any word we wrote. We carried a naivete that
shined through the primitive graphics, the lack of proper grammar
and the constant name changes that didn't end until four years
after we started. |
|   |
| In July 2001, we started under the name
Woodbridge Data Cafe. A website with a name that was clearly
created for the days of the dot-com boom. With a desktop computer
running Windows Me and a cable connection that was "blazing fast"
for the day, we began to post what appears to be quite inane
content. |
|   |
| This section of the website is devoted to a
bit of a non-serious critique of the content generated in more
dusty times. We do appreciate your patience as we celebrate
ten years of curiosity. |
|   |
| No goldfish were harmed in the making of
this section. Oh, and for the record: Woodbridge Data Cafe is now
148.ca Cafe. |
